Simi Valley noise savant Jay Howard crafts a fractured, chaotic soundscape on 'We Have Evidence to Believe', drawing from 80s cassette culture, musique concrète, and DIY experimentalism. Radios sputter, home-built devices whir, and found sounds collide in a dense, cut-up assemblage of junk noise and warped transmissions. Eerie moments emerge from the static, only to dissolve back into beautifully decayed sonic debris.
