Dead Senses plays agitated guitar music that brings together elements of post-hardcore and noise rock with tape loops, the occasional blast beat, and Krautrock's hypnotic rhythmic repetition. Formed in 2022, the band includes veterans of LA's hardcore and metal scenes on guitar and drums (Colombian Necktie and various East LA thrash bands) alongside a bass player and vocalist formerly of Pittsburgh fastpunk combo Brain Handle (No Way / Iron Lung Records) and early 2010s Chicago noise rockers Birth (Deadbeat Records).
